The World’s Biggest Bounce House is Coming to Illinois
For me, the very sight of a bouncy house triggers childhood memories of family parties or large social gatherings. I remember my aunt set one up for my cousin's birthday party when I was maybe seven or eight-years-old. I jumped on it for hours, simply lying on the foam and allowing myself to be bounced in every direction when I wanted to take a "break."
Those memories are likely to come rushing back when you see what a company called The Big Bounce America has created. They have created the world's biggest bounce house. It is the largest touring inflatable event in the world, per their website, and it's perfect for all ages! The bounce house itself stretches over 25,000 feet, so it's more like a small village than any bouncy castle you've experienced.
The good news? The World's Biggest Bounce House will be coming to an area near us at the tail-end of summer! Per WGN, Big Bounce America's magnificent creation will be coming to Skokie Sports Park at 3459 Oakton Street in Skokie, IL (just outside of Chicago) from August 31st through September 15th!
Tickets for this one-of-a-kind event start at $22 for toddlers and go up to $45 for those age 16 and older. The adult tickets included specific time slots on the bounce house, as well as three hours of unlimited access to The Giant, OctoBlast, airSPACE and SportSlam attractions, per their official website.
However, it's important to note that you don't have to be a child nor have children to enjoy this attraction. One of the coolest things about The World's Biggest Bounce House is they allow anyone to partake in the fun. Embedded above is a YouTube video that gets you up close to the various attractions, and gives you an idea of the general layout of it all.
There's obstacle course areas, climbable attractions, and more!
Also, there is no charge for spectators to enter the event grounds and just bask in the fun. You can find more information on tickets and tour dates on The World's Biggest Bounce House's official website.
