There is a serious issue in Illinois with drivers and the speed limit because no one seems to pay attention to those signs on the side of the road in our state.

I've done quite a bit of driving throughout the state of Illinois in my life. I can actually agree with the statement that no one drives the speed limit in Illinois. There are basically two kinds of drivers in Illinois. The first type drives like a bat out of hell and is going at least 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. The other style of driver you'll find in our state is the slow one. They go under the speed limit, again at least 10 miles per hour under the limit. They also take over the left-hand lane on the highway.
