Man Steals Pizza Puffs And Deodorant In Strange Illinois Heist
I understand being hungry and smelly, but getting arrested for trying to do something about it isn't the most ideal solution to fix the problems.
Illinois Man Arrested Again, This Time For Stealing Pizza Puffs And Deodorant
I'm not a shoplifter, so I'm trying to put myself in that mindset. Okay, so the suspect walks into a Jewel-Osco in Joliet. The guy has a plan. He's grabbing some deodorant. I understand that. No one wants to be the smelly person. The man is hungry, so he is thinking about food too. This dude is in a grocery store. He can literally grab any kind of grub he wants, and he goes with pizza puffs. I mean, pizza puffs are good, but definitely not worth getting arrested for.

According to Patch Joliet...
Last weekend's theft of Pizza Puffs and deodorant from the Jewel-Osco on Joliet's North Larkin Avenue has led to the indefinite detention for 26-year-old Crest Hill resident Joshua Fase, after he experienced an outburst in the courtroom of Will County Judge Jessica Colon-Sayre, court files show.
I know you'll be really surprised to hear that the suspect has been arrested several times before. In fact, he was actually banned from that grocery store location. Even before he steals anything, the guy is breaking the law.

The judge decided not to let him out of jail before his trial. Apparently, we made quite the ruckus during his pretrial appearance. That's a great way to get yourself thrown in prison for a while. He won't find any pizza puff there.
