Adventureland Has These New Rules For The 2023 Season
Adventureland is gearing up to open for the new season and with it comes the announcement of some new park policies and practices.
We already know about the new rides and new food options that will be available at Adventureland in the new season. That includes a new water log ride called Draken Falls (that replaces the log plume ride removed in 2015) and as far as the new food goes, there will be a new candy shop and a new French fry stand.
New food and new rides aren't the only new additions to Adventureland for the 2023 season. According to KCCI, Adventureland is bringing into play some new rules for the new park season too.
New Chaperone Policy
Adventureland's website says that guests 17 and under will have to be with an adult who is at least 21 (who has a valid ID) to get into the park after 4:00 p.m.
Security Screening
Whenever you go to Adventureland this season, you'll have to go through security. As their website puts it:
All guests pass through our weapons detection system, which uses advanced digital sensors, at the front gate. Signage is in place to inform guests they are entering a security screening area.
New Bag Policy
Adventureland is going to allow just one bag per guest that must measure no more than 15" x 15" x 15" into the park.
They have more rules in place on things like drinking, smoking and vaping, dress code, and a note to parents/guardians bringing their littles to the park. You can see those on their website at this link. Keep up with the latest from Adventureland on their Facebook page.
