Enter to Win: Not Quite Brothers Brings a Night of Rock to Dubuque
If you like your live music loud, familiar and packed with songs you already know, you’ll want to check out Not Quite Brothers when the Iowa cover band takes the stage at Q Showroom in Dubuque on Friday, October 16th.
The show gets underway at 7 PM, and this five-piece has built its reputation around bringing the energy of a big concert to the stage. Not Quite Brothers features twin brothers Sam Johnson on vocals and Isaac Johnson on guitar, along with Cooper Corcoran on guitar, Ben Schmelzer on drums and Nathan Klein on bass.
The band got its start as an acoustic trio before adding drums and bass and beginning to play bars around East and Central Iowa. Since then, Not Quite Brothers has toured throughout the Midwest and shared the stage with acts including Night Ranger, Tesla, Foghat, FireHouse and Buckcherry.
Their setlist covers a lot of ground, too. Fans can expect everything from classic rock favorites by Ratt, Aerosmith and Tom Petty to more recent hits from The Killers and Nickelback. Country fans aren't left out either, with songs from artists such as Shania Twain, Eric Church and Johnny Cash.
The band says its live show is all about celebrating the timeless songs that have been passed down through generations. If you’re ready for a night of familiar hits and plenty of energy, Not Quite Brothers will be bringing the party to Q Showroom.
