A Merry Millwork Market Kicks Off Today (12/2) and Tomorrow (12/3)

Today(12/2) and Tomorrow (12/3) an outdoor holiday market will take place in downtown Dubuque. “A Merry Millwork Market” will be held from 4 to 8pm today (12/2) and 9am to 2pm tomorrow (12/3). The event takes place on 10th Street between Jackson and Washington streets and includes a tree-lighting ceremony in the Schmid Innovation Center courtyard at 6pm today, as well as live music, horse and carriage rides, and visits from Santa.

It may be cold outside, but you'll warm up fast under the tents as you take your chance to shop local art & craft vendors. It's a must shop event for one-of-a-kind and unique items. Tomorrow's fashion show features products from boutiques like; Classy & Chic Boutique, Gaia Waxing Beauty & Wellness Studio, Namaste Athleisure Wear, Rhomberg's Fur & Leather Gallery, and Vivie Boutique Dubuque. Enjoy loads of food and drink options in the area as you listen to the carolers singing your favorite holiday songs.

All proceeds will benefit the Dubuque Millwork Collective; a dynamic multi-tenant organization supporting non-profits and community initiatives. DMC Partners operate more efficiently and generate increased impact through co-location and shared services. The resulting collaboration provides cost savings while fostering new opportunities and a greater focus on each partner’s individual mission.

Hourly parking is available in the Intermodal Parking Ramp (Washington & 9th Streets), as well as the surface lot next to the Intermodal Facility (Elm Street). The Central Street Parking Ramp is a convenient three blocks away. Street parking is also available but limited.
