Sweet, Sensitive Aaron is Ready to Relax in His Forever Home
Each week, the Dubuque Regional Humane Society is highlighting a "Pet of the Week." The Pet of the Week is available to be adopted via the Humane Society. This week, the Dubuque Regional Humane Society is highlighting another amazing four-legged friend.
This week, the Humane Society is highlighting Aaron, a one-and-a-half-year-old dog who has made the transition to foster-life after having difficultly adjusting to the sometimes chaotic environment of a shelter. The foster-life has taught the staff so much about this sweet, sensitive little boy.

Aaron is working on building up his confidence in his foster home. He's goofy, full of energy, and is doing well with potty and crate training. He forms bonds quickly when given one-on-one attention, which is helping curb some of his anxiousness.
While Aaron has done well with other dogs, he would do best in a home with patient, older kids or adults only.
As of this writing, Aaron's adoption fee has been lowered to $125 to commemorate the Dubuque Regional Humane Society's 125th birthday!
