Devastating Floods Hit Rock Valley: Support The Gun Club’s Recovery With A Fundraiser
As you may have heard, Rock Valley, Iowa, went through immense flooding in June 2024. The town suffered severe damage and many houses and businesses were lost.
Rock Valley is proudly my hometown and I would like to send an invitation to all gun and outdoor enthusiasts to help the Rock Valley Gun Club rebuild its facilities.
I owe a lot to the Rock Valley Gun Club. They taught me how to shoot, reload ammo, trap shoot, and a guy named Ron (and his trusty dog Jim) taught me how to make the best chili in town.
Spending time at the gun club as a teen taught me to appreciate the outdoors, respect the laws of the land, conservation, and build relationships in the gun world.
Rock Valley Gun Club Foundation is planning a banquet and auction night to raise money to complete a rebuild.
On Saturday, April 12, there will be a banquet and raffle/auction event. Here's the details:
Happy hour begins at 5:00 PM followed by a meal and an auction/raffle.
$75 Basic Ticket Package (Meal)
$165 Pro Ticket Package (Meal /+ 10 tickets)
$250 Grand American Ticket Package (Meal + 20 tickets + 20 raffle tickets)
Several guns will be up for auction along with various other prizes. The poster attached has a QR code that can be used to sign up, get additional information, see the guns that will be up for auction.
