It's been a busy summer/fall in the Port of Dubuque as the city has welcomed numerous large excursion riverboats and cruise lines to our All America city over the past several months.

If you've missed other welcome parties and ribbon cuttings, you have just one more chance. Travel Dubuque, along with the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, has been welcoming all the large excursion riverboats this summer as they make their first stops in Dubuque. The American Symphony will make its inaugural stop of the year in Dubuque this Tuesday, September 27th.

This ship is the newest riverboat in American Cruise Lines’ fleet and the newest riverboat in the USA. The total guest capacity is 175 passengers with 91 staterooms on board. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at the American Trust Rivers Edge Plaza in the Port of Dubuque at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27th. This will be the last ribbon cutting for riverboats for 2022.
