Southwest Health has announced plans for a significant expansion in Platteville, Wisconsin. They are constructing a new medical outpatient building adjacent to their existing hospital and clinic on Eastside Road. The project is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025 and conclude by the summer of 2026. Once completed, the new facility will house Southwest Health Behavioral Services, the Eye Center, and potentially other ancillary services. Subsequently, construction will commence within the current hospital to expand departments. The entire project is expected to be finalized by the summer of 2027.
