On Sunday evening in Fennimore, Wisconsin tragedy struck as an adult pedestrian was fatally struck by a semi-tractor trailer. The incident occurred around 7pm at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and 12th Street. According to reports from the Fennimore Police Department, the pedestrian was crossing 12th Street when the southbound semi, turning east onto 12th Street, collided with them.

Emergency services were promptly alerted by a witness to the accident. Following the incident, the semi involved was located at a nearby industrial park on Highway 18. Despite the efforts of responders, the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries.
