It may not be in the Caribbean, but a storied Illinois island is for sale.

You may think that one of the first things you'd do if you came into a lot of money is buy your own private island where you can be free and comfy to do whatever you please.

You may not even have to leave Illinois to do it.

A listing on Redfin says that an island on the legendary Chain O' Lakes is for sale for $200,000. Now, it ain't looking like the lovely tropical one in the picture above this. It looks like this:

It is a 1.22 acre lot. It sits on Grass Lake, close to Blarney's Island (known for a "vibrant" bar, live entertainment, and boat races).

The listing points out that unlike other Chain O' Lakes islands that are divided into ownership parcels, this one is a full island purchase. The property does have established electricity (though the condition of it is unknown). The realtor suggests using it for:

• a secluded retreat
• a duck hunting paradise
• unforgettable family getaway
